Every Wednesday with Dr Pooja, 7.30 am to 8.30 am

2025 – Classes start on 12th February and end in December

Cost – $20 per class (casual); or Concession card – $144 for 8 classes (valid up to 3 months)

Suitable for all levels, join and experience the essence of an integrated approach to yoga (asana, pranayama, chanting, mudra and relaxation/meditation).
